This is a portrait of Bethann Mitchell and her pet bull Jack. Bethann Mitchell is an illustrator living on a lavender farm in NJ. As well as painting she has rescued numerous animals (4 horses, 9 goats, 1 bull, 4 dogs, 9 cats and 2 ducks!).
